Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right by the river and close to many attractions, but the room left a lot to be desired as it had a musty smell. The service was efficient and friendly, although the dining options were a bit uninspiring. Overall, I appreciated the great location, but the room's condition and limited dining choices made my stay less than ideal.
The hotel has a great location close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg, making it super convenient to explore on foot. However, my room wasn’t as comfortable as I hoped and seemed like it needed a bit of repair. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the downsides. Overall, it's alright for the price, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
This hotel has a fantastic location, within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and all its attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious, which was a nice surprise, but they felt a little dated. The staff was friendly and offered good service, although there were some issues with respecting the do not disturb sign. Overall, it's a decent place with great value for money, but a few improvements could make it even better.
This hotel has a great location, just a short walk to everything in Gatlinburg. I found the rooms spacious and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay, although they felt a bit outdated. Service was pleasant, but the dining options left a lot to be desired, as the restaurant menu was quite limited. Overall, it's a good value for money, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel; the location was fantastic with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and stunning views, but the rooms left a lot to be desired, especially with noise issues and some maintenance problems. The service was really nice, adding a friendly touch to my stay. On the downside, the breakfast wasn't complimentary, which felt like a letdown considering the overall value for money.
